Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing this website or using the Cerberus One platform ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you're using the Service on behalf of an agency, you confirm you have the authority to bind that agency to these terms.

2. The Service

Cerberus One provides an AI-assisted operations platform for property management agencies, supporting communication handling, case management, and related operational workflows. The Service is currently offered on a controlled, pilot basis to onboarded agencies, alongside this public marketing website.

3. Accounts and access

Access to the Service is provisioned per agency. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at joe@cerberusoneai.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service, including data belonging to another agency
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the underlying source code of the Service, except as permitted by law

5. Data and confidentiality

Any tenant, landlord, contractor, or case data an agency processes through the Service remains that agency's data. We access it only as needed to operate, support, and improve the Service, and treat it as confidential.

6. Service availability

We aim to keep the Service available and reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service is currently in a pilot phase, and functionality, availability, and scope may change as it develops.

7. Liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" basis during this pilot phase. To the extent permitted by law, Cerberus One is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

8. Termination

Either party may end access to the Service in line with the separate commercial agreement covering that engagement, where one exists. We may suspend access to protect the security or integrity of the Service.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated date at the top of this page.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
