Built for scale from the start, not patched in once it's needed
We're building the operational layer for the industry, not a tool that happens to work for one agency. That changes how we decide access control, isolation and reliability — here's exactly where that stands today.
Tenant Data Isolation
Agencies evaluating a shared platform need certainty their data can never surface for another agency — not a promise, something enforced and checked.
Every case, message, property and contact record is scoped to your agency and enforced at the database layer as well as in application code — not only at login, and not solely dependent on application code getting it right every time. We audit this directly against the live system, including deliberate cross-agency access attempts, not just in code review.
Cross-agency access has been tested and blocked at both the application layer and the database layer. This is enforced today, not a formal third-party certification or a claim about scale we haven't actually run — we treat isolation as something to keep proving, not something to declare finished.
Human Oversight & Control
Enterprise buyers need certainty that nothing reaches a tenant, landlord or contractor without a person's sign-off — with no exceptions carved out for convenience.
Every reply, update or instruction Cerberus prepares goes to a member of your team for review before it's sent. There's no override path that skips that step.
Automation earns trust by staying accountable, not by disappearing into the background.
Reliability & Recovery
Agencies need confidence that operational data won't be lost, and that problems get caught before a customer notices them.
Production data is backed up automatically, with recovery tested rather than assumed, and the system is monitored continuously so issues surface to us before they reach your team.
The operational record your team depends on is protected, not just hoped to be fine.
Dedicated Infrastructure
Larger agencies and groups often need their own dedicated environment, not just a logically separated slice of a shared one.
We're building toward per-client provisioning as the platform grows beyond its first agencies.
Named here so it's clear where this is headed, not implied to be available today.
Decided for scale, not patched in once it's needed
How tenant data is isolated, how access is controlled, and how the system behaves under real operational load — these are decisions we make once, deliberately, rather than revisiting under pressure once an agency is depending on them.
Where something isn't built yet, this page says so — the same Available, Pilot Ready or Coming Soon labelling we use everywhere else on this site, applied here to the questions an enterprise buyer actually asks first.

We're happy to go into more detail than a page allows — including exactly what's built today and what's still on the roadmap.
