About

Property management already has good people. It's the infrastructure that's missing.

Cerberus exists because good operators shouldn't have to hold an entire agency's memory in their head. Here's why we built it the way we did.

Our Mission

Give agencies one place to work from

Every agency we've spoken with runs on the same quiet workaround: good people compensating for tools that don't talk to each other. Cerberus exists to remove that workaround, not to add another tool to the pile.

The goal is simple to state and hard to build: one operational layer that holds the full picture of every case, so nothing depends on which system someone happened to have open.

Three things we won't compromise on

These aren't aspirations. They're constraints we build against.

Every case has one record — not a version in email, a version in WhatsApp, and a version in someone's memory.

A person approves what goes out. Every time, without exception.

We say what's actually built — not what's roadmapped, not what's almost ready, what a customer could use today.

How We Build

We validate against real use before we call something done

A capability doesn't get called finished because it works in a demo. It gets called finished once it's handled real enquiries, on real channels, without someone quietly fixing things behind the scenes.

That discipline is why this site labels every capability Available, Pilot Ready or Coming Soon — not as a marketing device, but because we'd rather tell you exactly where something stands than let you find out the hard way.

Human Oversight

Judgment stays with your team

Cerberus keeps the process moving on its own where the next step is routine — and brings a person on your team in the moment judgment or authority is actually needed. Every reply, update or instruction still goes to someone on your team before it reaches a tenant, landlord or contractor — not because the technology couldn't go further, but because property management runs on judgment calls that shouldn't be handed to software nobody can question.

Automation earns trust by staying accountable, not by disappearing into the background.

Enterprise First

Built as infrastructure, not a demo

We're building Cerberus to be the operational layer for the industry, not a tool that happens to work well for one agency. That changes the decisions we make: how tenant data is isolated, how access is controlled, how the system behaves under real operational load — decided for scale from the start, not patched in once it's needed.

It's a slower way to build. It's also the only way we're willing to build something an agency is going to depend on.

Fewer places work can get lost — not a longer feature list

Voice and Email already run this way today, and landlord and contractor coordination is already part of the same model — not a separate system bolted on afterwards. WhatsApp is the one channel that isn't part of the current picture yet. The measure of progress isn't how much Cerberus can do — it's how little falls through the cracks, however your agency operates.
